Dan Broyles
Principal, Owner
Dan Broyles is the founder and principal broker of Broyles and Associates, bringing together over three decades of banking experience and more than 26 years in commercial and residential real estate. A licensed broker since 1997, Dan officially founded the firm in 1999, building a business grounded in financial expertise, client advocacy, and deep community ties.
With a background in both banking and real estate, Dan offers a rare dual perspective that allows him to support clients through the full life cycle of a deal—from financing and investment planning to acquisition and execution. His clients benefit from his hands-on approach, problem-solving mindset, and in-depth knowledge of construction loans, commercial lending, and long-term portfolio strategy. He’s not just a broker—he’s a trusted advisor, guide, and partner from start to finish.

While working full-time as a senior portfolio manager at Chambers Bank, he completed his accounting degree in 2018, a testament to his long-term focus, discipline, and time management. During that time, he managed a commercial portfolio exceeding $100 million annually—balancing education and executive-level responsibility with excellence.

Dan’s Arkansas roots run deep—both personally and professionally. His leadership continues through the growth of Broyles and Associates and the involvement of his daughter, Ally Broyles, who now represents the next generation of the firm.
Dan’s career is a reflection of his values: integrity, relationship-building, and doing business the right way. These principles remain the cornerstone of Broyles and Associates and the driving force behind every client partnership.
Allyson Broyles Hawkins
Vice President, Realtor
Ally Broyles represents the next generation of leadership at Broyles and Associates, bringing a fresh perspective, deep local roots, and a shared commitment to the values that have defined the firm since its founding in 1999.
As the daughter of founder Dan Broyles, Ally grew up surrounded by the business of real estate and the principles of service, trust, and professionalism. Her transition into the firm marks not just a career choice—but a continuation of a family legacy. Today, Ally plays a key role in strengthening client relationships, modernizing business practices, and expanding the firm’s reach across commercial, residential, and multi-family sectors.
With a background that blends client service, operational strategy, and a passion for people, Ally is known for her approachable demeanor and tireless work ethic. She understands that real estate is more than a transaction—it’s about connection, communication, and follow-through.
Working alongside her father, Ally brings a new energy to Broyles and Associates while staying true to the firm’s core belief: that every client deserves a hands-on partner they can trust—from first conversation to final closing.
